Bassist Sam Grisman, son of mandolin great David “Dawg” Grisman, leads an improvising acoustic band with a rotating lineup of top bluegrass players. Their sets draw from his father’s catalog, the Garcia and Grateful Dead songbook, bluegrass classics, and originals.
It’s a band built on the interplay between players, and no two nights sound the same. Come early, grab dinner from the food trucks, and settle in by the fire pits.
